Layar21 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the layar21 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and layar21 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the layar21 platform.
  • Use of this platform is subject to the laws in force in Malaysia.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring that use of the platform is lawful in their respective region or jurisdiction.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on layar21. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. layar21 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the authenticity of the information provided.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, unless there is evidence of unauthorised access that has been promptly reported to layar21.
  • You must notify the layar21 support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised.
  • The use of automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Layar21 users are required to use the platform in a responsible, ethical manner and in compliance with all applicable rules. Any attempt to cheat, exploit system vulnerabilities, or disrupt other users' experience is a violation of these terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the layar21 platform:

  • Transferring funds between user accounts without platform authorisation.
  • Using a payment method that does not belong to you or was obtained unlawfully.
  • Placing coordinated or collusive bets with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Spreading false information, making defamatory statements, or taking actions that damage the reputation of layar21 or other users.
  • Any action that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable.

Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the layar21 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name.

Layar21 supports common local payment methods used in Malaysia. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may vary depending on the payment method and the user's account tier.

  • Successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be unilaterally reversed.
  • Withdrawal requests are subject to compliance review and verification before approval.
  • Layar21 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals for investigation purposes where suspicious activity is detected.
  • Any transaction fees or charges imposed by your bank or a third-party payment provider are the user's responsibility.
  • Any attempt at financial fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Layar21 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or unsatisfactory game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and layar21 makes no implied warranties of fitness for any particular purpose.

Account Suspension & Closure

Layar21 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to breaches of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at the request of legal authorities. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to a refund of any balance associated with the violating activity.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the layar21 platform are the exclusive property of layar21 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from layar21.

Third-Party Links

The layar21 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. layar21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.

Amendments & Governing Law

Layar21 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain in compliance with the latest version.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. layar21's failure to enforce any right or provision under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
